@jennyrgar Ok lets say your brain has 1200 units of dopamine, usually good events release about 90-150 (saw that on National geographic meth documentary). What meth does is it releases all 1200 at once. But then you wont have any left, so you crash into depression.

@jennyrgar it takes 10 days to restore your body's dopamine but meth use destroys the recepters/transporters so even if you have dopamine after repeated meth use youll get barely any, even WITH meth

Meth is "medication". The meth molecule is very similar to the dopamine molecule. That's how it tricks the brain. There is no natural way to raise dopamine levels as high as it is possible with meth.
