You can try scaring them apart but in a lot of situations any interruption will cause them to fight when they are in a stand off so it's easier to make the situation worse than better. It's usually easier to scare them away from each other when they are still some distance apart and can get away from each other without the other one attacking.

this is a territorial fight. Regardless if the person record this or not. Those two are gonna fight anyways. What upsets me are people who record and provoke the fights. But as you can see on this video the fight was not provoked it was just a natural thing happening.
