i like the mormon becuz mah great great gradfather was the first LDS missionary in Samoa and later on we convert to the Catholic Church... but its all cool... we beleive the same God.....
Fellow Church Members, We should not waste our time with the likes of prosaint3 and llevijr, they are wasting your precious time. They do not know what they are talking about, we know it, everyone else does as well. Just read their posts and you will already know.
If it wasnt true, then why does the devil want to bring it down? thats a sign of truthfulness cause the devil cannot stand seeing the only and true church grow and fill the earth. I know its true, i love it and wont fall away.
I agree no matter what we do people seem to think we are evil! And i assure you we are not. We have programs that youth and adults work very hard to keep going... programs that send people school supplies if they can't afford them, that help people make it through abuse or neglect, and that give women the opportunity to bring their newborn child home in warm clothes. Whether you are LDS or not we try to help you, and we are perceived as scum...
Well this Devil Temple caused the TSUNAMI in Samoa killing up to 100 people.
This Temple lds999 is a CURSE to Samoa. causes Divisions and Factions and even seeks to steal land from false ownership in American Samoa like what i heard.
I want them on record. That way, in case anything ever happens to the temple, I can immediately report your Youtube username and information as a lead to the authorities.
I have been psychologically harassed by this Mormon cult for 4 years now and being followed and thee attempt to thwart Christian missionaries (who found out disgusting doctrines) will always fail..
I am a Christian Missionary. and my brother before me...John Williams of the London Missionary Society (LMS) in 1800s was beheaded for that cause. In fact many Christian missionaries since the tyrant emporer Nero lit us Christians as night torches for his garden..
If you look above, isn't it interesting that llevijr removed his comment after I said that I wanted it on record so if anything every happens to the temple, I could report his name and information to the authorities.
Perhaps I'll make sure to add you to the list! :)
just went to samoa this past christmas for holiday/ family reunion. family lived in lotopa next to ccws and i absolutely loved passing the temple by everyday. can't wait to go back.
I grew up around this area and went to pesega primary school thru to CCWS till I moved here in 2001..even after all these years I've missed this place sooo much..seeing the temple everyday, juz gave me a feeling of piece...my aunty luisa wesley used to work in the old temple as secretary...love it and miss it...
Mormons say that when something bad happens to you, it's a punishment from god. OK, so what great sin did the MORMONS do that had god burn down the first Samoa temple? It was his way of telling Mormons not to soil his lands with ugly temples, so they build another eyesore.
That is NOT what Mormons believe. We believe that bad things can happen to good people, and vice versa. We do believe, however, that the Lord will bless us as we keep His commandments. That does not prevent bad things from happening.
Besides, your comment would imply that everything that burns down is because God disapproves of it. What about forests? Or firestations or police departments?
I dont know who told you that but did you ever think that maybe it was to make the surrounding samoan people stronger and more spirtual and that maybe they didn't do nothing wrong?....
The Temple was actually closed down & not a functioning Temple due to renovations and upgrades at the time it was burnt down by suspected vandals.
No one can stop the work of The Lord from progressing. If you ask me, The Lord didnt wanna muck around with small renovations; It looks FAR more beautiful now than it EVER was before.
It may be a "Mormon" Temple, but the truth is, Temples add beauty to any place where theyre built; & its a Symbol of Faith & hope for ALL Samoans and Christians alike.

What a way to try to compare yourself to those who lost their lives in the Savior's work.
My uncle was killed while serving as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. My family understands the sacrifice.

We Christians will never accept Mormonism as apart of our brotherhood. NEVER!
prosaint3 2 years ago
That's fine with me. I'm not sure I would want to be a part of "your" or llevijr's brotherhood.
I am grateful for my many wonderful Christian brothers and sisters that truly live the teachings of Christ.

Mormons dont say, "when something bad happens to you, it's a punishment from god." Thats absolutely INCORRECT!!!
If that were the case, Why did Jesus Christ have to suffer worse pain and affliction than any other human that has ever lived?
Punishment?? No way... Should have a ponder on that one, mate.
