It's unfortunate that this style of music never made it into the game. You have to wonder if it'd be different had they waited for the 3DS (I'm not sure how the music capabilities compare between DS and 3DS, but still). But, if we do get a third game, perhaps it will be right back to truly orchestrated music (which is what I consider the best game music).

Holy moley, I'm impressed with how beautiful this is. It really does perfectly give you the feeling that an epic legend is about to unfold. What I've heard of the soundtrack of this game lives up to the original's amazing soundtrack more than I expected it would. This game makes me wish I had a DS.

To anybody who hasn't gotten this game yet, be sure to use headphones. The DS speakers simply do not give the music the justice it deserves. Amazing game, amazing music.

If you think about it.. the songs kind of do looks like and feels like the game is comming out for the ps3 or the wii. It would be so cool and funny at the same time. But capcom had it's reasons for making the game on the DS. ^^ I like Okamiden's music better then first one... some what

some of the conversations are hard to translate into english directly

if u understand japanese

u will find that in okami some of the meanings of the conversations are quite different from japanese version in the english version

and that's just because of the language and culture differences
