@AyuSary17 i dont think so man,, during their final fight kenshin hitted him with five counter attacks and later with the kuzu-ryu-sen and with the strongest amakakeru-ryu-no-hirameki, that means that if kenshin had intend to kill and a katana that cuts ,shishio would be dead by kenshin's hand
