gays and lesbians have always been allowed to get married even to each other just of different sex and happen to be in traditional marriages as we speak. if your going to say that they would be miserable in living such a way, then welcome to the club. everybody , gay or straight, is equally having a miserable time with opposite-sex marriage. what your asking for is extra SPECIAL RIGHTS that exist outside the constitution
@kenballer00 What I'm asking for is to be able to be able to make medical decisions if my loved one gets ill, what I'm asking for is that my pension and estate go to my loved one if something happens to me. Where in the constitution does it say it's ok to deny just these too basic rights of those who get married? I'm not asking for special rights, just the same ones you have
