I remember this as well, this was the first time I ever heard Opera and fell in love . I remember them showing this clip of an unassuming lady going about her routine job and when she started to sing - pure magic.

I saw her that night as well. She's really talented. Not only does she sing well, she speaks spanish and italian as well.
