i'm so tired of people complaining about skinny people being able to perform bodyweight exercises, solely because i believe that the more you weigh, the more muscle you should have.
so what am i saying? by weighing more, you in fact should have MORE strength to be able to support your own weight.
so what does that mean? it means this guy has more weight to strength ratio than you can imagine..damned fools always complaining about skinny people..

False logic. of course skinny people are able to do bodyweight exercises more easy, they dont weight as much (they are skinny) . It is the body fat that make it harder , or for that sake any weight that make it harder.
If this kid spended a little time on his legs I'm not sure he could do that anymore more muscle= more weight

i think you are sadly confused.
more weight = more muscle
more muscle = more strength
therefore, the more weight you have, the more strength you should have to support that weight.
if you weigh a lot and you cannot support yourself it just means you are fat, or at least do not have the weight to strength ratio as you should if your weight was mostly muscle.

You can be strong in the squat but that dosent = you are good in pullups,dips or whatever . You are mistakenly seeing whole body as one muscle there are many groups , muscle support eachother yes but mostly in static exercises bodyweight exercises are not static.
By your own eqution more weight = more muscle and more muscle = more weight .

i understand what you are saying, but i do not see your point.
i'm simply saying you shouldn't point at a skinny guy and say "he can only do that cause he's skinny, and if i was skinny too, i'd be able to do that too"
i'm sure if he worked on his legs and gained some weight there, he would be able to compensate for that extra weight easily.

@byakuyakuchiki7 well the graph for strenght/weight suits best the skinnier ones, from a point up that graph becomes very unbalanced for the heavier ones

@ovaxova yeah you're right, those comments i posted were over half a year ago, and although i stand by the core principles of what i already said, i do agree that it is indeed more difficult for heavier people to do certain bodyweight exercises

Im tired of people compaining about people complaining. Also, im tired of irony.
The more the wiegh=the stronger you are, but NOT relative to your body. (1 fat mans pushup could be the strengh of 100 skinny guys pushups_
The point other people make is a valid one, that he has only got a strong upperbody as he is skinny and has no leg muscle etc to wiegh him down.

I sort of agree, with your statement, that he has got loads of streght-to-bodyweight-ratio, but to be honest your bashing on heavier people is unjustified. If you fail to see, that it takes more time and harder training to build up the muscles to do the same exercise with 100kg, I seriously can't help you.
So I'd still be more impressed with a more massive guy doing these PERIOD.
Not saying this isn't amazing or anything, you just cannot put everything in relative terms.

@Spastb00n i posted this 9 months ago, i also went on to say that it's understandable for heavier people to have a harder time doing these, with the limits of muscle strength (and that heavier people may have weight that isn't fat or muscle)
i appreciate your comment but my comment was more geared towards those oversized gym-junkies that lift ridiculously high weights but have no functional let alone bodyweight strength and their excuse being "oh he's skinny, and that's why he can do that"
