I wachted some of videos an first of all...DAMN! dude your strong as hell! and the second thing is what type of machine is that? I´ve never seen ANYTHING like that before?
it's easy to look at a machine like this and say, "what a waste!" i thought the same thing when i first saw one. i never actually tried one, though. i now have an h-squat in my garage and i must agree with animal. this is a TERRIFIC machine. it is a tremendous workout, significantly more strenuous than a traditional leg press. most people will never try one of these since they are rare. i am a convert; it's strange to look at, but it will obliterate you. definitely a good change of pace.
It's actually a very well designed machine. Much better range of motion than a traditional leg press. If it was a waste, I wouldn't bother using it. I don't use it all the time, but it's a nice change of pace. I am a strong believer in variety
I should have specified. I don't mean waste as in not a good exercise. But the damn thing looks like it's over 20 feet tall! I would think that it would cost less to buy something like a power squat machine or a cybex squat press.

We have this at our school . I weigh 115 lbs and did 680 lbs about 15 times.
