also have you tried to reinstall firefox?

PLEASE HELP ME< I BEG YOU! this is my problem, i downloaded a game that also includes a toolbar after downloading it, i realized that the toolbar ssucks so i tried deleted it, but i don't knw how, and then seconds later mozzila crashed and i tried opening it but soon there was a crash report, i clicked restart firefox but it doesnt work! SO PLEASE I BEG YOU, TELL ME HOW TO DELETE THAT TOOLBAR SO THAT FIREFOX WILL BE WELL AGAIN!

@superreverserful if you can open firefox then just go to tools>add ons then click on the tabs to find the toolbar then just hit disable or uninstall

if you cannot open firefox then you will have to uninstall firefox then install it again

hopefully the toolbar is gone :)

@sagargamekiller Please I want you to help me.I had a problem with firefox.I always clicked it and i saw the firefox icon in the tool bar of my PC (near windows icon) ,but it didn't appear on the screen.I pressed right click and move and restore ,every thing! But it would not appear .Then I downloaded opera (which sux) and had the same problem.Then I downloaded Safari (which also sucks)and had the SAME problem! Now I use Internet Explorer which has not problem like that.Please I need help!!

I tried both. I managed to solve the issue in the end... i uninstalled firefox from the add/remove programs. moved the firefox folder from the C drive to my desktop. Restarted my computer. Deleted the folder from the desktop. Went to Chrome and it then let me import my bookmarks. Dont quite understand the logic behind it all but it worked.

this is the easy fix. you will find that sometimes firefox will not show in the task manager and the problem still persists which is what im having issues with right now.
