I could use some advise as I have a jury trial coming up on Aug 23 in Santa Maria. I have State ID card, a member of a collective and have my doctors reccomendation. Transportation of over one ounce (ounce and a half ) also intent to sell.. My public defender is very confontational with me, and I am afraid she will not prepare for this upcoming trial.After pleading guilty to possession of under an ounce and paid a $50 fine the judge 2 weeks later brought me in refunded my $50 and is retrying me.
