The island of St John is a U.S. territory in the Virgin Islands along with St Thomas and St Croix (and Water Island as of 1996), all of which are in the caribbean just east of Puerto Rico.

I'll be there in 4 weeks...Can't wait.

Lol theres no town houses or condos the population is around 3 thousand. Theres cruz bay which has bars and shops. Just buy a small home its beautiful
