I'll be honest, my only real criticism of this video is that the way she says "the apple" is wrong - the word "the" should be pronounced "thee" when a vowel sound follows, otherwise it's awkward to pronounce.

I am a Head Start teacher and Dr. Jean is meant for pre-school children. i have a 1 and 2 yr old who love her and learn from her songs..she introduces new things many children probably will not eat at home some as a mango.....and she also teaches math, science, and literacy.

Dr. Jean ROCKS, and any self respecting Kindergarten teacher has ALL of her CDs in his/her repertoire! Dr. Jean can take a group of 20 rowdy five year olds & instantly turn them into singing, dancing fools! They will do a ten minute Math lesson as long as there's a promise of a "Dr. Jean break" afterward! Saw her at a K teachers conference, and she has some amazing ideas & GREAT energy! -3 her!
