@bemani247 the roll he showed was a different ball from the one he originally had, so chances are he didn't show his first failed attempted. Doesn't make sense to me that he'd leave a pin standing in a "how to throw a strike" video. Maybe he attempted so many times, he just gave up.

Any reason they didn't show a strike? At first, I wasn't paying attention and thought the video was all in one take. I figured that he didn't want to go through his whole spiel again for another take. However on 1:16 you see the video cut into the angle behind him, it could have just been edited and we wouldn't know the difference. I'm sure that he would have made a clean strike on his second attempt if they just did a retake. Now this video looks sloppy.

@MaxLimt90 If you have the right reactive ball for the lane you're bowling on, then it'll work. But I tried this and it didn't really work for me; so i made adjustments. I kept my left foot on board 30 and aimed for the six pin by rolling it over the middle arrow. However, make sure you have the right grip and the right amount of rpm's. That's the hard part of learning how to do get it right.

@DarkMark04 Practice. Get your own routine. And consistently practice your routine. Just focus on the routine not if you got a strike or not. Do that for a while before you can train your body to constantly produce the same delivery every time. Sports are all about repetition and to achieve that takes practice practice practice

His way of getting a strike is too complex and obviously with alll the pressure learning the spins,remembering proper feet action and using the right ball you really wouldnt have much fun playing the game.In my opinion bowling is not really a sport but just a "Do sport For Fun" kind of thing.So yeah like others said just aim straight and throw forward(straight) and have fun if u get a gutter at least you try not to repeat the mistake and Practice Makes Perfect!Have fun Bowling Guys!

Dude, you BOWL a strike. If you THROW a strike, you literally THROW the ball, not bowl it. And if the video says "How to throw a strike" YOU SHOULD AT LEAST TRY AND THROW THE BALL OR MAKE A STRIKE

@theanimegirl10 Do you even bowl? "Throw" is a perfectly acceptable term in bowling. And really, you are still throwing the ball - just in an underhand motion. You're just setting it down on the lanes much sooner.
