I agree with everyone's sentiments thus far. The most important thing I look for in an instructor is quality and attention to technique. TechniquePrevails is one of the best channels on youtube, and the TrainFightWin site has good material. and I've learned a lot--to my sparring partners' chagrin ;).
I have been looking at these videos that you post for a while. I must say that this is some of the most techical no gi material I have seen on youtube. Please keep posting! You have inspired me to use youtube to help my students learn.

Excellent move, but i find that as long as i do the arm drag setup right, i can always take the back, even on bigger guys.

Awesome- that's great. If it's working for you, stick with it. This just adds a little something to the chain sequence to add to the arsenal.
