Ahhh Maile is precious and he moves around beautifully. Just reminds me so much of losing my precious basset hound in December, and how I still miss her. I had her 13 years. Thanks for sharing. Gwen
@cadjunk Thank you so much for the nice comment. Sorry to hear about your basset hound. I know how hard it is to lose a pet. My wife and I lost our whippet last year. He was diabetic. Our new dog Maile developed back problems and now gets around on a cart. She still is as energetic as she was before she needed the cart. Anyways, I truly enjoy your videos. You all look like you are having so much fun. Thanks again, Jesse
@8StringPlucker I was noticing her little cart - did you make it? It is great it helps her get around. My jocie was getting some arthritis, and it was getting hard for her to come up and down steps, so I had my nephew to build a ramp over the steps for her to get off the deck, and it was wonderful for her for several months, until kideny failure got her. Thanks for the comment on our channel. I thoroughly enjoy your picking, and I will certainly be back to listen to more. Take care. Gwen
@cadjunk Hello again, I think you are watching my videos at the same time I am watching yours. I did not make the cart. We found someone on the internet that makes these carts. They don't look too hard to make though. I just built Maile a ramp yesterday to step out of the house onto the patio. She does not like it very much. I think she just likes getting picked up and taken outside. She is a little spoiled!!!
@8StringPlucker Bless her heart, and that is O.K. to spoil her, that's what they are for. I remember when David done the ramp for Jocie off of my deck steps, it was a little steep, so we had to put indoor/outdoor carpet on it for her to get a grip, but once she got use to it, it worked beautifully. We didn't do anything to the steps, just built that over it, and now it needs to be taken up, and David's brother, Dennis is coming soon, and I'll have him do it. Gwen
