  • @Asrvn147014x can't tell if your trolling, but ill give you the benefit of the doubt. you NEED to consume 3-4 healthy meals a day, humans have something called a metabolism, and if it isn't constantly used, it stops working and starts storing all nutrients to fat(as it thinks it's starving), on top of that your biggest meal should be in the morning, smallest at night as if you eat at night you won't burn it all off before bed, and rice is very high in carbs, which are often stored as fat.

  • I think weighing yourself is horrible. It mentally and physically hurts you. You should look in the mirror and ask yourself "do you feel happy/healthy and are you happy with your body?" And if you answer "yes" then don't worry about it! But if it was a no, then my recommendation is to through away your weighing machine and follow two simple rules. Be happy and never eat what man created.

  • Diets are bs.just dont eat sugar no soda no alcohol no simple carbs and no OILS!! My friend is fat and i gave him some diet advice. eat brown rice instead of bread. I don't like brown rice.. Ok well that's the reason your fat bc you wont commit to a full fleged diet.

  • Diets aren't hard to stay on when you aren't feeling deprived. =)

    Look at the primal blueprint... you honestly don't miss grains etc much if you totally cut them out for a while. At least I don't, nor the few people I've talked to who've tried it. And it works. You also don't have to count anything on this plan, except maybe carbs.

    If you want to gain weight, for example, say you wish to weigh 150 pounds, then your body needs to ingest 150 grams of protein a day. Easiest way to do this is to go to a health food store like GNC or someplace on the Internet and buy a huge bucket of protein powder and have shakes throughout the day to get what you're not getting in your diet already. Just do the math of how much protein you already eat in a day and add the extra in the form of chocolate protein shakes.

  • food is a drug to some of us....every diet sounds good but unless you can commit to stay on a diet for the rest of your life...nothing will work. diet people and gyms love fat people because they will always make money. for instant...you have a bad day. what looks better a piece of cake or a carrot...and then a diet ends there. for someone addicted to food the best way to lose any weight is to just cut down on stuff you do eat and just lose it slowly...there is no quick fix.

    A suger addiction will take you around 3 weeks a bit more to lose. Which means more or less you have to cut anything that will give you a suggerkick.

    Once you are rid of that, keeping to a diet-plan will be a whole lot easier. First 3 weeks will be annoying however.

  • how to stay on a diet... create a healthy lifestyle.. simple! =) then again, the only way to burn fat is to do some kind of HIIT exercise that you enjoy, weight training, and eating right. Its gotta be a lifestyle to maintain it.   • She has some good points. But I just can't stick to a diet when I'm denying myself the foods I love. For me portion sizing my favorites foods was key in my sticking to a weight loss program (and staying out of the kitchen). I lost 60 pounds three years ago and kept it off with no exercising (I know I should be, but I cheat on my program when I do). But I did this by eating regular food correctly portioned and cutting out all but one snack a day.--It worked for me.

  • Avoid eating late at night

    You may not know this, but sumo wrestlers use the method of eating a lot of calories and then going right to sleep (either napping or sleeping at night) as a technique for putting the pounds on fast. So don't do what sumo wrestlers do. Don't eat late at night and then go to sleep. If you eat a lot of calories late at night you won't have time to burn off the calories you have eaten before you go to sleep as a bummer you will wake up in the morning feeling not rested.
