@GIRLSCOUT2727 THE WAVES THEY WERE SAYING WERE 30 TO 35' I BELIEVE...THEY WERE REALLY HUGE...I WAS ON THE 8 DECK AND AS YOU CAN SEE THEY WERE COMING UP RATHER HIGH....IT WAS BETWEEN FRANCE AND SPAIN...
@v8luver64 already saw the ship almost tips over...that was because they stalled and were just bouncing in high waves...we were moving...what the video doesnt really show...is the front of the ship was lifting right out of the water then slamming down and the waves were coming over the front....it was a bit hairy for sure...but alot of fun on the other hand...i wasnt afraid...i live for boating like that...lol
lol thats no storm its just a big swell try being on a 30ft yacht with swells like that not the most compfey of times i can tell ya lmao bet youve never been in worse then great fun when you have swells and not a storm got the rockin without the danger great. nice vid.
@saddiecalico it really wasnt bad....but of course i love cruising and the rocking didnt get to me....there were others...that werent doing as well...wont lie there....but the captain did take us closer to shore...it took a few hrs...but then things were normal....i have been on 41 cruises thus far and this is the first time i have been in seas this rough...so of course...it was great for me....lol....(give cruising a try) im sure you'll love it.....
@saddiecalico Cruises are awesome! This might look bad, but the ships are huge and you're fine, if you fear that much, go during the winter time like November/December where the likeiness of bad weather is less.
thanxs to all for the wonderful comments.....it was exciting....and of course...felt sorry for those that didnt seem to enjoy it.....but would do it again ....and again...and again........
"There he was, Theodore Tugboat all by himself! He found the injured ship in need of help! The sky turned black as night! His propeller turned the water white! he pushed and pushed and she never sank!"
this is what i love about cruising, there's excitement all the time. to me the ship is more alive when she's pounding through rough seas. although, try explaining that those lad lubbers who don't yet have their sea legs! it's fun for me because i don't get seasick i suppose. great vid, thanks for posting it!
@TheFlipVlogs well the ship has life vest everywhere....and it really was enjoyable...never thought of needing them....and remember its an ocean liner...made to with-stand large waves....that is how they are designed...would do it again...ASAP.....
