The great overlooked Major Lance! His voice and band is not up to their usual greatness but it is greatness still. Man I miss him. I guess him and Curtis Mayfield were such good friends. both missed badly. Oh Curtis wrote all of these songs.

@11xzxzxz You and I have a lot of music in Common. I loved Major Lance.He passed in the 90's, In Georgia I think. Drugs and alchohol. Man this business is not good for Longgevity.Look at all the superstars who are no longer with us. Toooo Sad. I love the music. I just looked at your channel and saw you liked Major, so many great ones in the 60's. Yes Curtis was one of my favs too. @jjs499 Yeah I loved Major and Curtis but don't know a lot about either .. more than most sure. I wasn't sure if Major had gotten clean and maybe just a bad liver from early abuse. John just you won't go down .. just down perform and be a star (joke). Well have a good night and I enjoyed your site but not the new Ytube format.
