don't let yourself bounce at the top at all.

length of pause at the bottom is good imo. you are using the muscle to drive up, not the bounce from the descent.
may want to try dropping the weight and do it without the cords like the other guys suggested.

Not bad.
Tighten up and get rid of the 'wobbles'.
Also, lose the cords attached to the bar - they're probably changing the balance and stability of you bar-body system, thus making it less practical. In case of a miss, learn to drop the bar off of your back, or sit it down onto pins in the rack.
