Irelia requires no nerf. As Ezreal says, it's down to how you decide to play her, learning everything can be difficult to remember when to implement it. She can be countered, you just have to try.

@Fike93 For jungling, udyr, skarner, and lee sin are the top 3. Udyr doesn't take much skill, you pretty much just faceroll between your r and w in the jungle, and use your e to gank. However, his ganking is kinda hard to do, as the lanes have to be pushed hard. Udyr has no poke, so he has to run into melee range to stun. Skarner got nerfed so hes not as good, however hes still one of the best because of his main AoE. Lee sin takes some getting used to, but he is a great counter jungler.
