You need to volume down the imput content - the wmplayer in this case to a lower level ... no more than 50% and it will sound great. When it's set to the maximum (like in your case) it sounds actually worse than without having srs-as

what program? SRS Audio Sandbox 64-Bit? If so, do a google search SRS 64-Bit and click the first link (If I'm right that's the FAQ page) scroll down until you see the download for 64-Bit SRS.
