Not a bad looking Ranchero sauce, only thing missing was the heat...sliced Jalepeno or Serrano chilli peppers and maybe 1/3 of bell pepper. Keep sauteing the sauce til all the veggies are tender.
Goes great over eggs in the moring, or steak or grilled chicken.
I was impressed...one of the few things from expert village that actully look good to eat,

no,I am mexican,and this is not the way to make chiles rellenos,the original chiles rellenos no!and is not easy to make them.
this are not the typical chiles rellenos,sorry for you! if you follow the recipe.
