Oh no that's not the case at all. You should play the game because it's not like that all the time. The slow-mo stuff only kicks in sometimes during knockouts and such.

Looked good, but it was too damn slow!! Punches were all telegraphed, NO inside fighting and everything eventually got repetitive. However, FNR3 did have more dynamic punching styles that should have been incorporated in Round 4!!  Great Jab!!

they make fight night round3 sound like its an exclusive game to the ps3 when its not and so it sound like it so good with all the sweat and blood and tendons popping out! lol but when you play the game its the same shit as the 360 version just the graphics have been changed slightly but overall there the same game on both consoles. If fight night round4's marketing is making fnr3 what will fnr5 make 4 look like if there will be one.

they shouldn't have slo mo or anything like that in the game. im not saying this game sucks, it's amazing. but where are the cuts, and all of the blood on the canvas. and the punches kind of look unrealistic too. they are not quick and powerful looking like on T.V. it doesn't look like the boxers head rocks when they get hit real hard. and the life bar is unrealistic. i don't know if there is one in the ps3 version or not. but if you got hit in real life with a hard enough punch, it's all over.

The FN R3 on PS3 is better than the 360 version, I have both versions. I recently purchased the 360 version and was shocked that the visuals and healing of the boxer wasn't exactly like the PS3 version.

How is it better? Well i've played both on my 22" screen with the resolution set to 1920x1280, using avi cable. No Difference what so ever, except for the brughtness...

@hikinguphigh well while the lighting looks better on the 360 version, but the boxers are more detailed on PS3 and you have the "In The Ring" camera view which for me alone makes it a lot better. You can look for a video of In The Ring or I can tell you that it's in first person, say it you get hit repeatedly on your left side then that part of the screen will start to black out, making it harder to see. A video would explain it better but it just adds to the experience.
