no VCT, if you goto trueblueford (dot) com there is a bloke on the forum known as macxr8 that has an el with the ef xr6 front end, AU VCT motor and the driveline out of AU, have words with him, he's a wizz!

Cheers mate, on Ford Mods people starting to put DOHC BA Falcon engines in their E-series, would make a lighter car like the earlier Falcons pretty quick even standard, imo, there is a bit of work tho, same with the AU VCT, i'll be taking it easy and going just the normal AU

why dont u just buy a nissan 180sx if u want speed, mine is 5.6 sec 0-100, and all i did was put a turbo back 3'', and larger IC, cost like 2000

because jap cars dont appeal to me, plus this is only small modifications done to the car, imagine the difference if i put a turbo and exhaust on it, it'd be more then an extra 1.8 seconds quicker

Hey Lemming you need to get aftermarket ecu cause the AU relearns back to factory settings with performance cams. Dunno if chiptorque can help, but they are one of the cheaper options
