@Herbymac0811 Read and own copies of them both. Only thing I can find that remotely comes close are BoR Articles III and IV. However comparing events to Article III one runs into the phrase "As prescribed by law". This is a big clause to consider, since the law actually did afford those soldiers and police to do what they did. So none of them violated Article III.
Article IV is a bit more "iffy". That depends on how one (Or the legal system.) might define "reasonable".

They can only investigate the aftermath of crimes. We MUST preserve the ability to protect ourselves. INFORCE THE GUN LAWS WE ALREADY HAVE! DONT MAKE MORE! I am English and live in London. Basically proper criminals still have guns it's just the law abiding citizens who don't. Even if I use a tazer on a burglar over here I will get arrested for assault and illegal position of a firearm.
