Even though it's an old QOTD I still wanted to answer so here is my answer.
My weight loss goal is to be around 170 by the end of the year. I've been fat my entire life and I turn 18 in November. I started the diet in February and I was 4 pounds away from 300 but now I'm halfway to being 200 the lowest I've been since 7th grade. Just wanted to say that watching your vlogs on your weight loss makes me brave enough to try my hardest too. Thanks for all the laughs!

I moved to japan 5 months ago and in those 5 months i have lost 37 pounds so far, I have been eating better food and working out. I went only being able to run 20 minutes slowly to being able to run 10k workouts everyday. I have never been skinny in my life and i am almost there. I was 213 pounds at one point and now i am at 161 pounds. I am attempting to get down to around 150/155.

@Andersenjma What you need to do is increase your intake of food... Things like peanut butter and cottage cheese work great. Go to the gym and do low reps but heavy weights. Also try to drink protein shakes before and after the gym. For morning meals eggs and oatmeal would be good. I personnaly gained about 20lbs for the airforce that way in two 1/2 months... Most of all you need to be dedicated to the increased diet and workouts.. 1 last tip stay away from sugars
To motivate yourself you should say " I am shamefull" every time you can't lift heavy enough, and talk about great bears and pirates while beeing in the zone.
QOTD: I have been making some basic life changes and have lost almost 10lbs, would like to lose 10 -15 more. But I have lost 1/2 an inch from my waist. yay. lol.
Answer of the Day: I'm trying to work off 10lbs more and gain some tone, Trainer David videos help a lot, but finding freetime when I work weird shifts is the hard part.
For me, it's not so much as 'losing weight' as it is getting in better shape. I play hockey at a very high level, so it's more like muscle building and cardio than burning fat
You should try zumba (preferably power zumba) you'll tone quick and burn up to 1000 calories in 45 min. I have to eat lots or else I'll wither away (legit cuz I'm only 124lbs @ 5"6)

The Scale was on the carpet..that could mess with the results. put the scale on a hard floor ;)

My goal is to lose 20 pounds, football season is starting at my school so that's 10 to 15 pounds lost there already.

it would be better to breathe in your mouth and out your nose, no bad breathe are harsh blowing.
