As a photojournalist, I have spent a good deal of time in 47 of the 50 states and have interviewed and chit chatted with many citizens and others that are affected by this topic and there is clearly a movement to force English speaking American citizens to learn Spanish. I see it in Florida, New Mexico, California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Colorado and on and on.

I live in Las Vegas, NV where 28 % of the population is Mexican and though I have seen many Mexican businesses started in the area, I don't think I have ever seen a business that was for Mexicans only. How does that work? Is there a sign that says, "No Caucasians allowed!" or "No Americans Allowed!" or is it the Spanish speaking only staff that makes the business for Mexicans only? As a photojournalist, I have spent a good deal of time in 47 of the 50 states and have interviewed and chit chatted with many citizens and others that are affected by this topic and there is clearly a movement to force English speaking American citizens to learn Spanish. I see it in Florida, New Mexico, California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Colorado and on and on.

The video is about the importance of a nation being able to communicate in a common language. I said quite clearlyl that I don't care how many languages you speak as long as one of them is ENGLISH. I said it makes no sense to attempt to have 290 million learn Spanish to accommodate 12 million Mexicans.

Cherokee which is actually Tsalagi was but one of many Native tribes and languages. The majority of Natives on this continent did not speak Tsalagi at all. Try to get a job in Miami without learning Spanish. It's an American city, but you will not get a job in Miami unless you speak Spanish. You will NEVER be elected to any office in Miami unless you speak Spanish. It is happening to more and more cities as far north of the border as Maine, Denver.

My two qualifiers I apply to all non-citizens of America, be they German, Irish, Italian, British, Canadian and yes Mexican. BE LEGAL! SPEAK ENGLISH! It's not about being Mexican with me. It's about entering the country in a legal manner as did millions of European immigrants over the past hundreds of years and speaking the language spoken by 282 million Americans and that language is ENGLISH!

I live in Las Vegas, NV where 28 % of the population is Mexican and though I have seen many Mexican businesses started in the area, I don't think I have ever seen a business that was for Mexicans only. How does that work? Is there a sign that says, "No Caucasians allowed!" or "No Americans Allowed!" or is it the Spanish speaking only staff that makes the business for Mexicans only? I suspect the latter. I have no problem with Mexicans. I have two qualifiers just as I do, Irish and Italians.

Nor was it RACIAL or Bigoted since I clearly stated I would invite ALL AMERICANS, Mexican Americans, Irish Americans, African Americans, Japanese Americans... It is impossible for anyone with an IQ over 100 to imagine this video to be about COLOR, RACE or RACIAL BIAS.
