@TheDarkKnight1985 - Well said. But if you listen to him his role model was his mom. So black Britons with kids need to set an exmaple for their kids. Its all well and good a young black man admiring and wanting to be successful as Tim. But if his parent(s) dont instill that confidence and determination to work hard and never give up with all the subtle and overt racism out there the child has not got a hope in hell!!!

@TheDarkKnight1985 I agree with your comment but unfortunately a lot of young black males (specifically Afro Carribean origion) have given up on hard work and instead they have gone off the rail. For this i bleam their parent(s) in most cases the Afro Carribean fathers who are absent in the lifes of the children. This has lead to a large number of young men of Afro Carribean origion ending up into drugs, knife crime, rape, killings ..etc.
