  • congratulations on your tremendous weight loss. I unfortunately need the surgery. (Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy). I am so happy to see big people like us taking this step towards a better self. I know this will be a lifechanger for me, I see how it is for you. How have you been feeling as the weight continues to drop? I'd love to hear from you about what your diet and exercise regimen is so I may incorporate it into my own. Congratulations again!

I wonder, if a person lose enough weight to have alot of loose skin left over, would they be able to glide like a flying squirrel? ever thought about that?

  • congrats on the weight loss ...thank you for posting . I am amazed at the douche bags who are sitting on their asses and writing negative comments ! The woman is super and you negative people are just so frustrated with your own lives that's why you hate . Her will power is much better than yours scumbags .

  • The ones who are rude probably weigh 500 lbs themselves, keep up the good work!

  • I was just wondering what inspired you to change your life? I have lost about 150 lbs in two years, and it required me to change almost everything I did day today. I wouldn't have done it, but one of my uncles has heart failure and it scared the hell out of me. Was there a specific moment that made you feel like you had to change?

  • well done! i need to lose about 84lbs and am worried about excess skin, i already have stretch marks so im really determined to get skinny haha.. also sabrina the teenage witch, great show!

  • Good job girl! I can't understand how people get to be big enough to even be able to lose 418 lbs but...you know, shit happens. I'm losing weight too, started out at 170 and am now at 150... and I've made eating healthy and exercising a part of my life that I will continue forever. It's so inspiring seeing somebody really change their life!

  • Great job on the weight loss!

    GOOOOOOOD LUCK!!!

  • Surgery is your option

when your done... give it a couple years...

    congratulations

  • congratualtions

  • omg. this is my nightmare. sorry.

  • I am 14 and 250 pounds will i have loose skin if i lose about 50-100 pounds???

  • at that age, I doubt it, especially if you lose it gradually whilst doing toning exercises using weights

  • @Matt777shxt Not if you lose the weight slowly and set realistic goals. Don't try to lose 60 lbs in 4 months. That would cause you to have loose skin.

  • WOW NICE TRICEPS

  • @88Nexus lol

  • Good for you for avoiding the surgery!

  • ur amazing and a role model to me :D great job hun

I would LOVE to see some of those!

  • Any vid's or pic's of you at 750??

  • eso es lo que pasa cuando una esta demasiado gordaaaa y adelgaza qeu los pellejos no se van xD

  • i think your beautiful at your current weight.

  • a true inspiration

  • good luck with that

  • I have to say, I'm a US citizen and quite heavy too (300lbs, 6'4) but when I hear people say it's unnatural and dangerous I say don't be silly, look at the life expectancy here and in africa, see my point? fat people generally live uncaring and full lives, with a few extra pounds but a lot of happiness to make up for it.

  • it's not about length of life, it's about quality of life.

Carpe diem quam minimum credula postero

your extra weight prevents you from being out there and doing more in one day. so a healthier person fits in more in their life and let's not forget looks better to themselves and to the opposite sex.

so you have the choice of hard work and rewards or lots of food and fat.

the life expectancy in africa is so low because the people there are born into poverty and starvation. think first...

  • that is the most ridiculous argument I have heard in awhile.

  • How can you compare USA and Africa? You are a fucking dumb ass, shut your mouth.

  • Good job lady......

  • Keep up the good work, even if I don't know how much weight you lost xD (I'm not used with pounds o.Ô)

  • cicciona di merdaaaaa AHHAHAH dimagrisci valaaa cazzo ti vanti!!!!sara meglio ke smaltisci qll ciccia del cazzo!!!!sfigata!!!BY ONE ITALIAN...

  • Congrats, keep it up =D

  • hmm she looks so proud..

  • That's amazing, congradulations!

  • congratulations, unlike to those people who get surgery and are proud like they achieved something!

  • congratulations, unlike to those people who get surgery and are proud of it! =]

  • Hey...

My name is Jezebel. On 11/7/08 I weighed in at 375 lbs. Check out Project Jezebel: my quest to lose 242 lbs! Track my progress at my website: Bringing Down The Pounds (leave out the spaces and follow with a period and the word "com")

I've already begun to lose check out Weight & Date on the front page.

Any encouragement is welcome. Also if you need encouragement, I'm happy to oblige. See you there!

    Jezebel

  • nice triceps xD

  • :O omg

  • Good god that's fucking disgusting.

At least you're one of the few Americans that has enough ambition to get the fuck up off the couch and do something about it. Mad respect to you.

  • my arms are much saggier n wobbly but its me thighs n boobs that are my real problem

  • Keep going :D

  • theres no such thing as loose skin. i thought the same myself, but its really just some left over fat. just keep doing alot of cardio and tone your body out to tighten your skin. this is obviously to anyone with the same issue.

  • I don't know who told you that, but it isn't true. I have already talked to a plastic surgeon and they are getting me scheduled for surgery to remove the lose skin. My plastic surgeon says there is no amount of exercise I could do to get it to tighten up.

  • I lost 120 pounds and there was a bit of loose skin under my chin and tummy, but over the course of 1-2 years it tightened up a lot on its own. I'm not saying this will be the case for you or anyone else, but there may be "some" natural improvement over time.

I wish you good luck and good health.

  • it wont tighten up it depends on age and if you toned while losing weight, she has lost ALOT of weight.

tarra please reach your goal weight b4 doing surgery because the skin will just do the same thing....congrats =]

  • Yeah I agree with Tarra.

Like your skin is the shell of your body and if your body shirnks your skin cant always keep up with it.

Like if you get fatter really fast you get stretch marks.

  • @tarra74 absolutely! This is a common characteristic of large weight loss. Once the skin is stretched so far it just doesn't bounce back. Good luck with your surgery. I hope everything goes well!

  • @tarra74

That is a lot of skin. Great weight loss! Keep it up!

  • Okaaaay? And you apparently are the authority on loose skin for people who are Super Morbidly Obese??

I myself have lost 160 pounds, and am near goal. the only reason I am *NEAR* goal, not *AT* goal, is because of my SKIN. Which my plastic surgeon say must be removed for me to be at goal. So why don't you take your dumbazz uneducated opinions and stick them where the sun don't shine, Mmmkay?

As for Tarra? YOU GO GIRL!!!!! :D Congrats!

  • @VJuniorDzV That`s just silly. No way is exercise going to fix that!

  • @VJuniorDzV loose skin is the fat you lost, its no longer fat and turns into loose skin. you cant tighten this much of loose skin you need to remove it by a surgery i lost 37kg myself and have alot of loose skin but 37kg of loose skin isnt that much i could prolly get rid of it within a year of muscle training, turn the skin into muscles ofc :)

  • @VJuniorDzV I've heard the same thing before. However, I think it applies to the amount of lose skin as well as elasticity. If you gained weight all of a sudden and then lost it, I've heard that it will go back to normal with cardio but if you've been fat all of your life and then lose weight, then I've heard that there is no hope other than cosmetic.

  • @VJuniorDzV though some people can still work out and get their skin to get back to norma , it is not the case for some . skin is like a rubber band . It can be stretched and it can bounce back to it's original shape . But when it is stretched this much it can not got back to its original form . The elasticity of the skin is change . The elasticity is affected by fat, age and other things .

  • @VJuniorDzV - No such thing as loose skin?! LOL!!!!! Do you know how ridiculously retarded a naive you sound? Wow... smfh...

  • @VJuniorDzV true dat motha fula

  • I lost 150 lbs and have the loose skin thing on my arms too. Good job girl. Loose skin is better than obesity!

  • Well done girl!

  • bingo wingggs

  • You're an inspiration. Great job, girl. I need to lose 20 ;). Good luck

  • shes not fat, shes big boned

  • great job girl!

  • Good job! I wish I had that kind of motivation. I only want to lose around 40 but I can't seem to get motivated. I don't want to wait until I get past 200lbs.

  • Keep up the awesome job!!!!! I can see how much you really lost! Im absolutley astounded!

  • wow tarra. saw that pic. looks like you did a phenomenal job (and by that I mean you are HOT!) Way to go you!

  • :O!

    good job!

  • Keep it up

  • Congrats! Keep it up! Man I need to loose allot myself...you got more will than I do!! Looking Good!

  • u need to lose anotha 300

  • Very funny. If I did that, there would be nothing left of me.

  • you did a wonderful job tarra! I'd like to see "Ronniedasmoker" put down is blunt and doritos and attempt what you did.

  • @Ronniedasmoker hey dude. all that looks like is loose skin. when she gets rid of it she will look better. and i could understand hw she feels. i wouldnt want to lose anymore weight just to get more lose skin before i fix the problem. so once she gets that taken off im sure she will work out more

  • Well I admire people that are capable of going through the effort and hard time of losing an extreme amount of weight, but are you sure that's just loose skin?

  • congratz

  • All i want to say is well done :) I can see that you are extremely determined frmo how much you have lost! Keep going and dont give!

  • Congrats! Way to go!

  • omg congrats !!!!

  • I love ya for the success. God bless you.

  • we all need to except everyone come on guys stop judging her she is a nice person u no she has feelings too.

  • Saw your "now" picture -- you look great! So glad you did it without cutting into your stomach. Some people are in fact born with more fat cells than others (although their size is in our control). Great job! You look so feminine now.

  • that is so awesome!

  • OH MY GOD GIRL CONGRATS!!! YAY!!

  • that will teach ya not to let yourself go

  • I never let myself go. I was born with over size fat cells and too many of them.

  • And there was NOTHING the doctors could have done about it? Now that you about 30-40 years older?

It's not going to kill you to work out...

    I do everyday

  • very nice I read the description, keep it up!

  • and you'll be dead in a year

  • Why will I be dead in a year? I love working out and I love eating healthy. I have a passion for it. I am even lifting weights now. I have made this a way of life and I am dedicating my life to helping others.

  • I DID NOT mean to vote that up. my mouse is jacked up...and Travito, you are an ass.

  • congrats...keep it up

  • I love that skin...It turns me on...

  • Hello beautiful lady, you don't have to explain anything to anybody. You are FINE just the way you are.

  • Great work!

  • please delete comments from people who are rude. it's so unnecessary.

    congrats on the amazing loss.

  • Delete why? It´s their opinion same like yours.

  • I'm all for hearing all sides to a discussion, but I don't think rude opinions are the "same". It's not someone merely expressing an opposing opinion... it's someone bent on deliberately hurting someone.

Furthermore, there's no governing authority that protects user's free speech on this video page. The person with the administrator controls has been granted full power to delete comments as they see fit. Right or wrong, you have to concede reality.

  • congrats! That's great that you improved your life.

  • You look 15 years younger now... congrats!

  • congrats on the loss!

  • i'm happy that you were able to lose weight! ^^

    good job!

  • wow amazing job at losing weight!!!!!! girl keep going =)

  • *vomits uncontrollably* BITCH, PUT THOSE BITCH ARMS AWAY BEFORE SOMEONE PUKES! .... At least you're losing weight the natural way.. still... did you even work out? That skin is awful..

  • I do workout...I do two 40 minute cardio hip hop workouts a day, plus I go for walks. That's more exercise than a lot of people get.

  • You're an idiot. Working out wouldn't tighten 307lb. of space! Get a fucking education!

  • she loves the old huge arms

  • Good 4 u!!! That's great!! I no how it feels!!

  • holy crap good job you go girl i send hugs

  • Congrats hun! I'm proud of you! :) How much will that cost to get the skin removed?

  • THANK GOD! Finally someone who has the strength and will power to lose weight without surgery. I am proud of you girl, keep up the good work!
