Interesting And Unique!! A Brilliant 6!! This WBBM Channel 2 clip came from June 1976. Bill Kurtis has changed in terms of his appearance since that time. Priceless!!

By the way this video is from around the mid 1970's because the Channel 2 jingle was introduced in 1975.

'76 actually; that was during the "Hot Ones" campaign. Although they did revert to the previous "Catch the Brightest Stars" ident around 1980.

WLS-TV had a montage of Chicago shots in their news opening after WBBM had done that.

I didn't know WBBM used that WCBS/KNXT 2 logo before 1977. Good find!
