  • I've made a great career selling real estate for the last ten years and while I appreciate how you present the nomenclature of each aspect of customer service, I dont understand how anyone can apply this effectivley unless they have a genuine understanding and respect for their customer. With that comes a pride in what they are selling. All of this is rubbish unless you have those key things.

  • Wow! that's *exactly* it. The Operational Dialogue is centered around RESPECT.

    Sadly, most people in sales are missing out on gaining true understanding. As a result, they have little or no pride in what they are selling. Consequence; PASSION is lost (both ways). I would love to upload the 3E matrix, which illustrates precisely what you're pointing out. My next blog post will be on the Operational Dialogue, so I'll include it there.

    Totally agree! "understanding and respect" are foundational.

  • I like this presentation. It shows a complete thinking which involes the whole persons. One part is depending on the other to succeed. Importent, simpel and powerfull.

    Allways told mye salesreps about "being on repoor with your customer". This is beyond. Often difficult to see the obvious.

    Is this introduction available in Norwegian? Could reach a greater norwegian potensial. The demand is there.

    thank you for asking. This clip is but a quick preliminary test of YouTube as a channel. There will be more coming, unfortunately mostly in English. Maybe you can convince us to address viewers in Norwegian, too..? ;-)

    For now, we've hardly put any effort into spreading the message. The book and concept will be coming out in June and soon after this we'll be doing more touching multimedia. Whenever we share, however, we find enormous response, so it's really exciting, yes!
