Public Option is a good 1st step towards Single Payer Health Care. But I'm just worried about those "Bluedog Conservative" Democrats in the Senate. Will they go along with the Public Option plan President Obama's proposing? I heard that Democrats received more Private Health Insurance Lobbyist money than their right wing Republican counterparts in the last election cycle. I knew these bluedog conservative Dems would give Obama problems as it pertains to health care reform.

Everyone wants universal health care..."Single payer health care" will never gain traction until a cogent plan to cover the inherent costs of such a system are presented. Health care costs are around 2 trillion dollar annually. Find a place for such a cost on the federal budget?!? Continuing to create a more efficient and inclusive system should be our goal...not, under any circumstances, should educated peole demand an immediate shift to single payer health care.
