Back then I was disappointed that they didn't show him rescuing Jak (well, Jak changed into his beast, Dark Jak, after a rage). I thought it will be another good take at the rescue.

Still, it's a good game in the series.

dam! some of you guys are stupid. okay, this is how the story goes. jak, daxter, samos, and that chicks name which i forgot. find a precurser door, and open it to find a giant beast which i forgot also, and happen to get sucked in a portal, which leads to haven city, of course. jak gets hit in the face by a haven guard, which leaves daxter by himself, and now has to figure out how to get jak back. which is the new game for the psp "daxter." the game is before jak2 not jak3dumbass's. got it!

no, they open the precursor door which has a time machine in it. jak activates it at samos's hut and a portal appears. the creature they see in the portal is Kor, the final boss of jak 2 and king of the metalheads. jak and daxter fall into haven city and jak gets knocked out by a guard and daxter runs away, thus starting this game.

had he not fallen into the dark eco he just wouldnt be in the jak games. remeber it was the fact that he was cought by samos. jak could have dont everything in the games without daxter as a fuzzy ottsel. he still could have saved jak, but would have been better at it. it was jak that started daxters adventure. had jak hadnt "Accidentaly" pushed daxter, the whole series would be the same, but with daxter following as a human rather than resting in the shoulder watching. haha proved ya wrong!

The older Jak couldnt open the Precursor stone because he was touched by dark eco. his younger self was still pure. And Daxter is REALLY fuzzy at the end of this game XD

I don't understand how Kor got Young Jak (or Mar) in the beginning of Jak 2. In Jak 3 we get to know that Damas is Jak's father and that he lost him during the Metal Head Wars while he was in control of Haven City. But what do you think that happened after that? If the Metal Heads kidnapped Young Jak why didn't they kill him? How could Kor even know who Jak was?

Young jak awaken the precusor stone then had to sent back in time to grow up where he was safe because everyone wanted to use the little fella for his 'eco channeling' powers, which is why when he returns to haven he is captured and experimanted on. I just think he's a really lucky guy

FAG, Jak and Daxter came a year before Ratchet and Clank. The first Jak and Daxter, The Precursor Legacy, came 2001 (Which i played through) but i've never played any of the sequels (Due to me selling my PS one and two, and buying xBox and Halo ^^) When i heard there was a game of Daxter on PSP, i was thrilled :) So screw you nwn070! :P

u kno when there is 3 ways 2 go. go to one and wait he will attack i think twice just jump and dodge the attacks he will stop then use the sonic blast to hit him and the pillor will fall and time will freze then u have 2 run acros so u can hit him on the head wit the bug swatter or sonic blast it dosent matter. then after u do that u have 2 do it 2 more times. and ur done
