1. it is too slow
2. it can not record sound from the computer
it there any software that can record with a higher framerate then 2 fps?

Are you looking for a free one, or one that you pay for?
And it might be slow because your comp is not so good.

I can't say I was impressed with the framerate of the videos I recorded either. In fact, the framerate was just abysmal.
If you're trying to record video game footage, it's best to go with another video capture program like fraps, gamecam, hypercam, etc.

When I do mine it only has send to file (URL), send to file (Embed), Save, Copy, and Cancel... Send to file (URL, and send to file (Embed) both don't work... I am confused!!
