  • animals living life are vermin huh? humans are the most invasive and plentiful species on the planet. maybe we should implement control measures on the human population by your logic. youre all fucking idiots.

  • i support "control" methods for rednecks

  • now thats not a bad idea i hate those who just shoot into nest i like shaking vines too but im older now and i hunt with a 22 and i just let nest alone these days good hunting

  • Good night Charlie! Thats the way boys! 5* Keep up the good work. The Red Squirrel is native here in the UK its the Grey thats invasive and does the damage. The Grey is Vermin, bullies the Reds out of habitat and carries disease that kills the Reds off. The Grey needs to be controlled or soon there will be no Reds left. Graham.

  • just shoot the nest, save time

  • They should be classified as a vermin in Canada too. They eat almost everything and young birds too.

  • Total IDIOTS!

  • I say, good shooting olde chap! well done!

  • hiya mate i do alot of drey poking and not trying to teach u to suck eggs but i use a golf bag to carry my rods soooooooooo much easyier

  • what's wrong with other species in a non native country? it's how nature works! survival of the fittest anyone? hunt for food or don't hunt

  • u guys are to squirrels as we are to carp

  • in the uk we have about 2.5 million of these grey squirrels, I hate them and a good day out involves drey poking to get rid of this aggressive species. KILL THEM ALL!!!

  • how'd u like to some cunt tap on your bedroom window with a big stick then blow your fuckin brains out when you go to see who it is. i go hunting daily and never get so desperate to kill something that i have to go and poke a nest.

  • @timmytyson they are vermin u prick

  • @phill7810 and if they are vermin u have to kill them? in my country to see a squirel is someting rare and very beautiful. i have just 1 chance to see 1 and they are so beautifull. i dont see what they can do to you to kill them.they many live in forest and eats peanuts and other stuffs. you hunt them for food? o yea big meat on them no? hunt a rabbit, a deer something bigger, or if you like small hunting and eating shoot a fucking RAT and eat them. sorry for bad english.

  • this is culling not hunting!

  • No way, they are vermin in this country, they are from America, not native to this country, the red Squirrels are.We don,t want them here.

  • @andrewbarrett42 they took our jobs!

  • Pretty effective... We can't disturb the nests here in the states..

  • because americans are all homosexuals!

  • i down. i zillion of the little b%$£"*&s to go !

  • I just got my first one today. Perfect headshot with an air rifle. Took it out instantly.

  • Leave it to the brits to come up with some funny name for running a squirrel out of its nest. Are they considered pests over there?

Here in Kentucky the few who still hunt them use shotguns, .22s, and dogs in the wintertime.

I didn't think you could own semi-auto shotguns anymore. What are the rules for doing so?

  • If you hold a shotgun certificate you are allowed a semi auto or pump action with a maximum capacity of 3 shot. However, if you hold a firearms certificate which is harder to get and more stringent you can have a larger capacity or detachable magazines.

  • coulda just shot the nest...

  • Pfretty much the same as the way we control magpies and Grey (hooded) crows, however utube deemed my video unacceptable and removed itwith a warning about "violence" hypocrites????

  • great shot, went out today drey poking, going out 2moro aswell cant wait!!

  • if u can take a running tree rat with a .22 air rifle in a tree ur a good shot

  • And unless you are Clint Eastwood an irresponsible shooter for trying :P

  • LOL Exactly

  • thats a shotgun so not much skill being shown here

  • Talk about overkill...whats wrong with a .22 air rifle?
