Michael you are flying my friend. This song soared out out my speakers as a fully formed musical masterpiece. A beautiful composition with perfectly matching words. I'm with you on the whole auto tuned, manufactured pop vibe that has so tainted music. Have too many generations grown up with this as their daily intake to know any different? Maybe. Singer song writers get a reasonable press I'd say. Anyone for a musical revolution? Now, how do you that? Perhaps we'll just bide our time!

Talent has nothing to do with commercial success...otherwise kate nash would be walking my dog and everyone in my favourites would be entertaining people for a living...some of them packing stadiums...It's lottery odds, talent or no talent...even if you are talented and can produce the goods...(which you obviously can)...luck still remains the deciding factor...

I am welled-up with tears here....it was so nice of you to dedicate this to me too. And you know that I can relate all-too-well to the sentiment behind this. I think as we get older, we just redefine what success is, and learn to define our musicality in more realistic ways.
