  • Haha yeah

  • When I found out Alex Cox made Repo Chick, I was pissed. Then I realized that it was a hell of a lot better that he make some bastard flick than an actual sequel to Repo Man. This is one of my favorite open endings, because you can really blow your mind at the possibilities. Caught it at the Saturday cult movie a couple months ago. So badass.

  • Great flick.

  • miller will lead us into the future

  • @IronicKismet

    You mean the past ;)

  • @doddsino I mean the future via the past.

  • Two people cannot live with the intensity the life of the repo man has.

  • at 0:17 - 2 Guys talking about book: "did you read this book **** chapter 7 page 3 - anybody know name of that book?

  • @letadlovkrouzku : ok, there is it: Sy Richardson's character in Repo Man, Lite, gives this fictional book to Emilio Estevez' character, Otto. The cover of the book can be seen onscreen for a few seconds, and the author's name is obscured by Otto's arm, but you can see "DIORETIX: The Science of Matter over Mind by (lambda) Rum Bobb-." This is an obvious parody of L. Ron Hubbard and his book, Dianetics, upon which the Church of Scientology is based.

  • @letadlovkrouzku Dianetics "mind over matter" its referenced earlier in the film.

  • @letadlovkrouzku that was jimmy buffett and the name of the book is diaretics

  • Am I the only one who is eerily reminded of Scott Pilgrim VS The World by this for some reason?

  • This ending inspired me to leave a girlfriend back in 1982, as crazy as that sounds.

  • @idenchasy Haha, early 80's were a bit crazy, hmm, 70's too...

  • @idenchasy But the movie didn't come out until 1984...

Thank god there's a time machine car in it

  • @idenchasy Funny how the film came out 2 years later dumbass.

  • @idenchasy

this came out in 1984 u liar

  • best fucking ending ever, like giving the finger to all those stupid movies that end with some lame-ass kissing scene

  • what a hell of an ending

  • @wesgriff1 It's called "Reel Ten" by The Plugz.

  • @wesgriff1 Reel Ten - The Plugz

  • Lol F-that

  • "Best god damn car in the yard".

  • I love this Movie! One of the best and most overlooked of all-time! Alex Cox(director) did a great job here but, he really pissed off Hunter Thompson.

  • Classic!

  • He rules all people, F-that

  • if i break up with my girlfreind im sayen that

  • "The life of a repo man is always intense."

  • Cerebral comedy! Loved all the inside jokes.

  • Olivia Barash was totally fucking cute. There's something adorable about a foulmouthed girl with a voice like a 10-year-old.

  • Michael Nesmith used his mothers inheritance from inventing liquid paper correction fluid 54 million bucks to finance this classic movie. Everything about this is detailed to perfection. Bravo. Olivia Brarash, was sorta like Kristy McNicole at the time????

  • I watched this movie while I was high. It was amazing.

  • Stil love this movie so much because (among other things) it's still so innocent. There's the in-jokes and what, but it's still harder on its content than its viewers. End of movie in a more solemn tone? Bowie "Sons of the Silent Age."

  • yeah fuck that !

the best god danm car in yard!

  • just watched this shit. so fuckin funny. What a thoroughly entertaining movie.

  • "John Wayne was a fag!"

    LOL

  • "THE HELL HE WAS!!!!"

  • "this is intense" ...i think that's kind of an understatement lol

  • who knows the song name?

  • the plugz " reel ten"

  • Greatest quote ever. "Fuck that".

  • They do not make movies like this anymore. I'm not sure if I'm sad about that (this movie rules), or if I'm glad (no new films could/should even attempt to be quite like Repo Man)

  • this is so crazy movie. one of my favorites!

  • Yes! I agree with you- crazy movie! This is one of my favorites too.

Sim, concordo- filme doido! É também um dos meus preferidos.

  • I, too, am glad that I've tortured people.

  • The bit where Otto is looking out of his window while flying over LA is so incredibly iconic.

  • one of the best movies ever made

  • @vicarious113 Hell YEAH!!!

  • @vicarious113 no offense but it is THE best movie ever made...'you know what I mean"?

  • I'm glad I tortured you - Cheney's got this on a tee shirt. second best driving instructor ever (after stuntman mike.

  • the music is "reel ten" by the plugz

  • That Instrumental jam is so rock n roll.

  • this is my favorite movie of all time!!!!

  • I remember seeing this scene in the theater on the big screen. Awsome..

  • "A Repo Man is ALWAYS intense"

  • They just screened Repo Man at a theater nearby :-)

The edited for TV version is funnier because Harry Dean Stanto says "Melonfarmer" over and over again. There's also a deleted scene or significant extra footage in the TV version, I think.

  • "Reel Ten" By the Plugz

  • What's the name of that song when they're going over L.A.?

  • music when they're going over LA is awesome.

  • INTENS!

  • what about our relationshp? F&%^ that! One of the greatest lines since the frankly scarlet...

  • The life of a repo man is always intense.
