Awesome stuff man. Sorry to hear about all those injuries. It's great to see vlogs springing up from people. I have one suggestion about the weights, drop barbell rows for dumbbell bent over rows. Barbell rows put you in a weakened position, fatigue stabilisers and are pretty shit in general. Assuming you want to go heavy and really hit your lat's then I'd recommend it as it will allow you to make gains quicker and be uninhibited by what you can hold for time in that mid dead-lift position.

Cool man, I'll work out a way to single arm rows without a bench. Probs still use the barbell though with my lack of dumbbells and bench.
