hi i have a question how do you get grip the others guy's hand or moves his head around in real street fights they intense really hard and kinda difficult to move:/
@AsnTigerzz I train with peter u should weaken them up with a variety of different strikes such as a palm strike, elbow or a knee before a takedown. Hope this helped!
@chucknorrisftw97 ahh i would love to learn i live melbourne but quite far away i got another question how do you train becoming faster as in kicks elbows punches reaction? i asked everyone they dont know :/
@AsnTigerzz Repetition.We start off slow and get the technique right, then start doing it in real time motion. Every hour lesson (doubled on 2 hour lessons) we work on between 5-10 def moves, so after doing it over and over again, it becomes like second-nature
