Here are the tricks:

1. The clothes are designed for fast removal

2. They are not removed but dropped (flapped down) to reveal the garment underneath and the inside of the lowered part.

3. No buttons or zippers; it would take way too long, the garmets are put together with small threads, and can be pulled off very easily.

So, I hope this became a little bit clearer for y'all magic lovers/haters out there! :)

@Yvvexable yep,m nailed it :). You can see it happen when she changes to purple. Watch the bottom of her dress. It's green and then you see the purple drop down. she changes outfits entirely when completely concealed, most likely large zipper in rear with a pocket inside her concealment (like first change) to house new clothes and the old ones. After that it's just practice.

@Amanda5901 watch the length of the dresses. each time it gets longer. depending on where the garment falls, the length can be changed so that it covers each preceding outfit. what it may look like from the outside does not reflect what the cloth design actually is. a series of tight folds as well as the correct material can form different shapes and sizes!

The world record is a 16-costume change in 2 minutes, all folded within the same dress. if you think about it, something like silk is extremely fine, & all you need is a very high thread-count cloth to ensure it's not transparent

and no, the clothes don't drop on the floor, the flap is halfway thru the dress. the top becomes the new outfit's bottom.
