problem is - if you fire your weapon while out on patrol you have to turn in a damned 2 page report. Also, displaying and discharging your weapon in front of a bunch of civies is a big no no (bad for comunity relations)

turkeys and geese can get pretty rowdy - had he been alone without a pulled over car to wittness "a heinous act of animal cruelty" he'd have popped it - and likely taken it home to eat it :) We used to do that with rabbits before they put numbered seals in our shotgun mags.
