Bullying is not just a character issue but a maturity issue as well.
In my experience, usually the worst kids that bully are exceptionally MORE immature.
Those kid's have the very LEAST interaction with their own parents, and/or feel their parents don't care about their feelings, so they learn to have NO feeling for others.
if my kids were being bullied on the computer...take the damn computer away from them.....
