I think that in the UK we could do with some kind of jucidial flogging properly administered - what do you do with young thugs who, the other day,in a city in Northern Ireland threw bricks & stones at a bus full of children both mentally & physically disabled!! Or the 19 yr.old who, last November, got so drunk that he urinated on a red poppy wreath on War Memorial. A whipping might sort them - perhaps that's what wrong - they never got it as kids!!
So what is the point of this video? If he is a thug, then tie him up and give him six dozen lashes of the whip on his bare back. At least he will not be smug thug after that.
