you need to learn hot keys. I personally would have made the horns that are coming out of the building from a separate object.

The only hotkey I use are like, ctrl+C for the perspective to camera converter, ctrl+z and r, M for the material editor, and f10 for quick render, but f9 and f10 were occupied with play/pause and stop camera, so yeah, lol.
