To me it looks like recycling but is this system effective? I think there this whole set appears high costs and not efficient. You might as well burned that garbage for energy and an environmental format. It looks to me this plant is located in China.

Do you know what the name of this sytem is or, where i would be able to find out more information about it. I am carrying out research into the ICT behind waste reduction and this pretty much seems to cover it.

the sorting process does not. The water treatment is a closed loop system and completely reused.
