おしゃれなステーキ丼じゃなくてポークソテー丼じゃないですか？小麦粉つけてから強火で両面に焼き目付けてから蓋をして弱火でじっくりと焼くとジューシーに仕上がりますよ、その前にもう少し料理の基本を勉強した方がいいよな気がします。
