I keep telling people although Capoeira may look like dance, when u remove all the floreios (flashy moves) it's techniques are essentially kickboxing. When he was swaying & weaving his head around, in Capoeira we call it balanco. Good 4 throwing people off & if ur good at it, to dodge attacks. It can either be practiced like a dance (Benguela) or like a fight (Regional)
