@MondoBeno Canada too...Toronto in particular since I live in the outskirts.. i think the province downloaded costs or whatever the logistics were, to the city and it cant afford to upkeep the places in addition to being public housing. The houses around town are boarded up with millions in backlog repairs awaiting that will probably never happen. the buildings, some of them, are horrible too. The city is the biggest slum landlord. Ironic. a political hot potato indeed

I saw this movie for the first time; the directing and editing are pure bang on ( like the sound of a train moving along when he tests the shite ).
