On an air trafic control monitor they would call that no distance if it is less than a mile away. It would look like the planes are touching each other.
Do you remember the date you took this video? I'd love to know if I was actually IN that airplane below. AA only has two trans-atlantic 757's a day, so you never know!
I bet the pilots were texting each other like "OMRFFGGZ! I CAN SEE YOU!!"
